Refund policy

Returns

 

We want you to feel confident in your Recovery MD order. Because Recovery MD is a consumable dietary supplement, for health and safety reasons we can only accept returns on unopened, unused product in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Opened containers cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

 

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will provide instructions.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

Wholesale and Clinic Orders

 

Wholesale orders placed by partner clinics on Net 30 terms are subject to the return terms in your clinic partnership agreement. Please contact your Recovery MD representative for wholesale return requests.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, subject to the health-and-safety exception above for opened consumable products.
