What is Recovery MD?

Recovery MD is a daily dietary supplement that combines HMB, a full spectrum of essential amino acids, Vitamin C, and citrus flavonoids (Diosmin and Hesperidin) in a single scoop. Each container is a 30-serving, one-month supply. See The Science page for details on each ingredient.

 

How do I use it?

Place one scoop in 8 oz of water and mix for about 30 seconds. Take once daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

 

Is Recovery MD safe to take around the time of surgery?

Always talk to your surgeon or healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you have upcoming surgery, take medication regularly, are pregnant or nursing, or are otherwise under medical supervision.
